Who we are
Almost three decades of steel, engineering and industrial projects
SiloMasters is a Spanish steel silo company, 100% owned by Abalsir Investments, and is led by a team of professionals with extensive experience in storage solutions. Our technical team is based in Zaragoza and our factory in Borja.
We are 80 professionals with almost 30 years of experience in steel structure manufacturing and more than 220 projects delivered around the world. That track record lets us combine in-depth technical knowledge with hands-on experience on site, to deliver reliable storage systems in agriculture, biomass, animal feed, oilseeds and the brewing and malting industry.
At SiloMasters, engineering, manufacturing, supply and project management work as a single team. An in-house engineering department calculates and designs every silo, our Borja factory produces it from steel held in stock, and our own site managers and assembly crews, continuously trained, ensure fast, precise installation anywhere in the world.
Nothing is outsourced and nothing gets lost between suppliers: one accountable team, from the first study to the final on-site supervision.

Who is behind SiloMasters?
SiloMasters is owned by Abalsir Investments, a Spanish investment group, and is led by a team of professionals with extensive experience in steel silo storage solutions. It combines almost 30 years of experience in steel structure manufacturing with its own engineering, manufacturing and project management team.
Where do you manufacture your silos?
In our own plant in Borja (Zaragoza, Spain), which covers 47,000 m² and can process up to 50,000 tonnes of steel a year. The plant also keeps 6,000 tonnes of steel in stock and is about 300 km from the ports of Bilbao, Barcelona and Valencia.
What certifications do you hold?
We hold ISO 9001 for quality management, verified by an ENAC-accredited body, and ISO 14001 for environmental management at our Borja plant. We also hold ISO 3834-2 for welding quality, ISO 15085-2 for railway welding at level CL1, and EN 1090 for CE marking of structural components.
Do you work with end clients, engineering firms and distributors?
Yes, with all three. We work directly with end clients, who are the ones storing the grain or product; with larger engineering firms and integrators, supplying silos and structures for their projects; and with distributors and agents who want to market our products. In every case the team is the same, from engineering to delivery.

We have delivered projects in more than 82 countries across all five continents, with our own engineering and manufacturing teams, and on-site installation wherever the project is.
Which sectors do you make silos for?
For agriculture, biomass, brewing and malting, feed mills, grain trading and milling. Also for oilseeds and specialist storage, such as nuts, coffee or cocoa.
Does SiloMasters make concrete silos?
No. We specialise in galvanised steel silos: flat-bottom, hopper and farm silos. We also make water tanks, steel structures and accessories.
